"Kevin Dunn has been my agent since I moved to the Upstate 12+ years ago. Not only did they provide me with the best quote, the agent in Kevin's office helped me navigate every step of transferring my out-of-state vehicle and license. He held my hand through each step saying, "Now, after you do this, call me or come in and we'll do the next step together." Even in the most infuriating insurance situations, Kevin has always had a way of assuring me and taking care of everything. I always know that if I need help navigating insurance requirements, stopping by their office always leaves me in a better mood -- because they take care of everything for me. The essay I'm writing is to speak to the level of Kevin, his partner, and his staff -- they have continually exceeded my expectations. Fast forward to now: I had a really fun (insert facetious tone) small business policy issue recently. The management company had implemented a new system for their insurance -- with plenty of return error emails. Raiven wrote my policy and was amazingly patient when I forwarded every error message. Raiven went through everything and rewrote my business policy -- several times, I might add -- to meet the software's every whim. Raiven laughed at my snarky comments of frustration, and came through with each revision by the time I checked my email again. When I was ready to give up, Raiven reassured me as she pressed on to fix my PM's portal's issues. Honestly, she kept me sane throughout this process. This lengthy review is to say: Even if you believe trust is earned, I have over 12 years of experience with Kevin Dunn's office. They say great people attract great people and know how to hold them together. In my 12 years of knowing them, I'd agree. You could not be in better hands."
